Explore the operational questions PhaseSync is designed to answer. Adjust a fictional standby scenario to illustrate opportunity—not promised performance.
Scenario formula: open blocks × assumed recovery rate × average block duration. All inputs are hypothetical. Results exclude eligibility, demand, staff availability, weather and other constraints; they are not a forecast, guarantee, revenue estimate or measured PhaseSync result.
Explore hypothetical recovery opportunities. The current application offers limited slot suggestions, not a verified automatic standby queue.

A closer look at the private preview and what’s ahead.
The schedule is the starting point for a connected training journey. In the private preview, reviewed booking workflows link a reservation to its student enrollment, aircraft, instructor and training context. From that lesson, an authorized user can open Student 360 to review recorded progress and follow-up needs before planning the next step.
Student 360 brings an enrollment’s recorded lessons, upcoming reservations, school-policy milestones, resource context and support history into one view. It helps the team understand what has happened, what is planned and what needs attention. Scheduled time stays separate from completed training, and missing evidence stays visible.
The preview Flight Path connects the enrolled course sequence, verified milestones, completed-lesson evidence and assigned school policy to a practical next staff action. That might mean checking a training gap, reviewing an upcoming reservation or opening the schedule to plan. It supports instructor judgment; it does not automatically assign the next lesson or certify proficiency.
Training gaps, missed reservations and open support actions can prompt an earlier conversation with a student. Preview continuity views let authorized users review actual lessons recorded after support began, alongside case history and future plans. A booking is a plan, not proof that training resumed, and an observed return to training is not a guaranteed student outcome.
Daily Brief and student-support views bring explainable review priorities together, including training gaps, upcoming milestones, preparation follow-ups and unresolved lesson outcomes. Users can trace a signal to supporting records and decide what to do next. These are evidence-based prompts for human review, not predictions or automatic academic decisions.
Yes. The private preview includes a bounded search for preliminary recovery-slot suggestions, using enrollment, resource, overlap and allowance checks. A suggestion can prefill the scheduling workflow for review; it does not hold a slot, and booking checks run again when submitted. Student availability, instructor working hours, weather and maintenance release still require separate verification.
Standalone standby automation is planned. An opt-in queue, automated outreach and automatic cancellation refill are future capabilities, separate from the recovery-slot suggestions implemented in the preview. The standby tour illustrates that future direction; it sends no notifications and creates no bookings.
Preview resource reporting distinguishes scheduled reservations, recorded resource use and downtime, with source details, filters and CSV exports. Aircraft Hobbs and Tach readings retain their own meanings. This helps a school investigate capacity and bottlenecks without treating an open calendar block as confirmed staffed availability.
Recorded resource status, maintenance warnings and downtime add context to scheduling and utilization reviews. Missing or unresolved evidence remains visible so the team knows what to verify. Visibility supports coordination; PhaseSync does not determine airworthiness, release an aircraft from maintenance or authorize dispatch.
PhaseSync is in private development preview with fictional records. Preview-implemented workflows include reviewed scheduling, Student 360, Flight Path, continuity review, follow-ups, recovery-slot suggestions and resource reporting. Public availability and onboarding are coming soon. The marketing tour is illustrative; its figures and scenarios are not measured customer results or performance guarantees.
